You are entitled to receive 100% of your money back for AMC / ASC in case we are unable to solve even one your computer / peripherals related issues to your satisfaction, or not solved within the time frame promised to you. You must apply for this refund within 30 days of signing the AMC/ASC. In order to avail the Money Back Guarantee, you are required to send a mail to info@safaltech.com stating your name, details of the plan and the reason for seeking a refund. We would revert to you within 3 working days on details of your refund.

For IT Products, brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded item. We source and supply branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same. In certain cases, you may need to approach the authorized service center to get it repair/replace the products.

You will receive refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges already billed to your account in proportion to the amount of time left in your AMC/ASC period. The time left in your account would be calculated to the nearest month left in your AMC/ASC period. For example if you have a 1 year AMC/ASC and you chose to cancel the AMC/ASC in the third month of service you would receive a refund for the nine months left in your service. There would be no refunds in case of Per Call based support if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. In case you have used our service and still file a chargeback, your account would become ineligible to receive a refund from us.

SafalTech support plan starts from the date on which you signup or sign the agreement copy, and the payment is realized.

  • In case of annual and more than monthly plan the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable for that month.
  • In case you are not satisfied with the service and we have not been able to resolve issues with your PC in that month you are entitled to a full refund without any questions asked.
  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of TamilNadu, INDIA, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, if levied on your invoice
  • You cannot change the plan from comprehensive to non-comprehensive and vice versa and also you cannot transfer the AMC/ASC from one device to another device

  • You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account to your sale / account manager is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your sale / account manager on the date of cancelation.
  • If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and we will not be charge you again.
  • SafalTech in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with SafalTech among other reasons. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your PC Support Service
